Cookie notice
This page explains how ledaclinic.com uses cookies and similar technologies, in line with the GDPR and applicable cookie rules.

Privacy requests: ledaclinicsrl@gmail.com
The full privacy notice is available on the Privacy page.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website may store on your device. They can be technical (needed for the site to work) or profiling/marketing cookies (which usually require prior consent).
3. What this website uses
At present, ledaclinic.com does not use profiling or advertising cookies. There is no cookie consent banner because non-essential cookies are not installed.
3.1 Technical cookies / storage
Only technical tools needed for the site to work may be used (for example browser session preferences, HTTPS security, CDN delivery). These do not require prior consent.
3.2 Audience measurement — Plausible Analytics
To understand how many people visit the site and which pages are viewed, we usePlausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, European Union).
Plausible is privacy-first: it does not use profiling cookies, does not build advertising profiles, and does not collect the personally identifying data typical of traditional analytics. Data is aggregated (visits, pages, referrers, device, country) and available to the Controller in the Plausible dashboard.
Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and remarketing tools are not used.
3.3 Contact form
The booking form sends the details you enter (name, phone, email, preferences) to the Controller via AWS infrastructure (API and email). It does not set dedicated third-party form cookies. Form data processing is described in thePrivacy notice.
4. Legal bases
Technical cookies/tools: legitimate interest / necessity to provide the online service you request.
Aggregated statistics with Plausible: the Controller’s legitimate interest in measuring site use in a privacy-oriented way, without profiling.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
Even without profiling cookies, you can still configure your browser to block or delete cookies (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.). Disabling technical cookies may affect some site features.
6. Updates
If profiling, marketing or other third-party cookies requiring consent are introduced later, this policy will be updated and, where required, a consent banner will be shown before they are activated.
7. Contacts and rights
For GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure within legal limits, objection, complaint to the Italian Data Protection Authority), see thePrivacy notice or write toledaclinicsrl@gmail.com.
